It’s hard to open and close ... you have to set it down to get the top opened or closed... you can’t access the front pocket when you have just one strap on your shoulder...
I’m sad - I really wanted to love this backpack... but I don’t and I feel like I wasted my money...
I’m going to try and use it again... but I don’t have high hopes 😳
