This is a good flavored and well-made ghee. I especially like their commitment to sustainable values, 100% grass-fed and responsibly sourced butter. However, as someone who uses ghee daily for cooking, dietary and coffee purposes, the consistency and flavor isn't as deep and rich as other grass-fed brands nor even Indian store brands like Nanak or Swad. In that sense, it is very similar to organic valley's ghee butter.
I liked this ghee and will come back to it from time to time but will be using another brand for my go-to needs.
