I bought this flat iron because it was dual voltage for my trip to Switzerland. I love it so much that I am going to use it as my regular flat iron when I am back at home in the U.S. It works great using either voltage, and does a fantastic job straightening my hair - better than any of my other flat irons, including my much more expensive Chi. My hair comes out nice and straight and silky smooth - not dried or burnt out looking like it can with other iron. I would recommend this iron to anyone, with the bonus of the low price.
