These are great starter resistant bands. I’ve been using them for about a month or so and recently decided to upgrade to a more durable version. These bands are great for squats, kickbacks, tons of different leg workouts, to give you that extra push. HOWEVER, they will roll up on you which is SOOOO frustrating. I’ve been in a super intense workout, had the bands roll up on me, not be able to flatten them out, and ended up just chucking them off and finishing the workout without them. That I have to say is the most frustrating thing. Also if you have bigger legs, it is less likely that you will be able to successfully use the heavy or extra heavy bands, as they are small in width and roll up even more frequently than the other lighter bands.
Here’s what I would recommend to you:
If you are unfamiliar with resistant bands and do not know if you will end up consistently incorporating them in your workout, go ahead and order these cheaper ones to try them out. If you end up loving the idea of them and decide you want to use them often, then go ahead and invest in the more durable version.
If you already know that you’re going to freaquently use the resistance bands, don’t waste your time or money with these. Go ahead and just type in “hip circles” and order the better ones.
