  Like another customer, I purchased both this and another popular, highly rated neck fan off Amazon. Although they are very similar in performance, I prefer this neck fan because it's vents are placed ideally. The location of the slots allow me to cool off where I have the most neck/face heat. The only thing that would make this better is if there was more ventilation in the back of the neck. Other than that, great product. Also, if my video seems noisy it is because I have my air conditioner on nearby.
