The first one came with a cracked carafe. Amazon sent a replacement, no charge. Received the new carafe and filled the reservoir for the first time cleaning... water all over my kitchen counter. Returned the unit and received replacement. Filled the reservoir for the cleaning... again, water all over my counter. This time it leaked from the single cup reservoir. What gives Cuisinart? Who's doing your quality control? Oh how the mighty have fallen. I've loved my Cuisinart products over the years, but I think I'm done. Very frustrating.
