My son really liked this set until one ear fell apart while resting on his shoulders. bought them Sept 9th and broke in the beginning of November. After spending almost $90 they should have lasted a hell of a lot longer.

UPDATE: Cowin rep reached out and helped me to replace them and now waiting for the new set. I am extremely impressed with the customer service from this company and thankful I bothered to write the initial review as I totally didn't realize that there was an 18-month warranty on these headphones. If you ever have a problem with your set don't hesitate to contact them and see what they can do. Thank you, Ms. Snow, for your contact in this matter.
