I loved this book because it gives a lot of good insight into the spirit. And I loved the fact that it actually gives you physical exercises to do to reconnect with your soul and accept your shadow self. I’d recommend this book to anybody experiencing depression, anxiety, or for people who feel like they’re lacking purpose in life. I chose my rating because it was written from the heart to genuinely help people and the exercises mentioned in the book do actually work. Thank you guys for such a great book, it helped me tremendously!
