absolutely love this book!! I especially love the way she explains the components of what makes a delicious smoothie as it totally empowers you to create and tailor to your tastes and available ingredients. I have been making her taste like ice cream kale smoothie for a year now and It finally hit me that the book must be full of amazing others. I've made the raspberry lemon cheese cake and the avonanna so far and they are both amazing!!
I took of one star because there is a type on page 182 for the tastes like icecream kale smoothie because it says "Serves 2 1/2 cup raw cashews" this should be 1/2 cup only and is really misleading. 2 1/2 is way too much and gets to an unhealthy level and I have to imagine doesn't taste as delicious. It looks like the Serves 2 is just inadvertently pasted from above. This is just a heads up so that the next print set can be corrected!
Other that that - I'm a total fan :) now I'm thinking of getting the original book too to see what Tess has up her sleeve in the none smoothie world!
