Everything started out well but went downhill fast.
PROS: Reliable WD RED drives Quick and easy setup User interface is straight forward. Tons of space. The device seems to be nice and quick!
CONS: The fan died after 3 hours of usage. - UNACCEPTABLE
TECH SUPPORT: 1) I tried the Automatic support from the user interface and it tells me that its unable to upload. 2) I filled out the online support page, submitted the information and received a message the the support system is not currently available. 3) I will be contacting tech support by telephone to see if they will send me a new fan. I don't want to send the unit into them with the data.

If the test is unfortunately inconclusive, you can create an RMA through WD and replace the drive under warranty if necessary.
