UPDATE ON PRICE RAPE! FYI I was charged here over $20. Costco sells for $6.29. I get the vegetable as a vegan and the lower sodium. This stuff is THE best stuff ever!!! I use it when I saute veggies to create a sauce, in soups and stews, pretty much in everything, even my miso. Most bullion sits for ages in my cabinet. I am nearly done with the jar already! Yeah, it's THAT good. My husband commented on the best miso soup I ever had, quickly diving into another spoonful. Partly it was the organic miso master white miso paste and a bit of sake and mushroom powder but a good bit of the flavor was also this delicious base!
