I had done all available classroom and video training for Revit Arch and MEP but still had questions on how to utilize Revit MEP 2011 properly.
This book answers all my questions in a complete and understandable manner. In several instances this book recommends a new approach to project setup and I like the book's approach.
There are more changes in Revit 2011 (i.e. Worksharing) than other training programs emphasize. The book is thorough on the 2011 changes, to bad MEP 2012 will be here in a few months.

There were a few short comings in my opinion such as the occasional directing the reader to a URL. Some of these links are already invalid. The plumbing coverage may also be weak or at least very scattered.

If you have any questions as you implement MEP 2011 on a project, then consult this book.
The back of the book rates the user level as "Introductory - Intermediate". I agree it is not fully "Advanced", but it approaches advanced. The books strong emphasis is "Intermediate", which is what many of us need.

How I hate that obligatory "What is BIM" introductory material...we have all heard it a 100 times now.
