My teenaged son is quite used to organic foods appearing in his lunch. We’ve tried a number of brands for granola bars, protein bars, and various non-perishable snacks. This was his most hated of the school year (sadly). The texture was very hard, lacked chewiness, and he said it felt like “cement” had landed in his stomach. Flavor was decent- not too sweet but just enough for a healthy treat. He just couldn’t get enough over the texture and the rest of the bars were given away to hungry friends (who also complained!). Mom gave it a try and I have to agree with the boy in this one…
