Should have read the reviews on this one. I’m a one cup of coffee girl. I use a coffee press but the small size is too small and the big size is too big. I was looking for the Goldilocks fit of brewing the perfect coffee for just me. I thought this was the ticket. I even bought a gooseneck electric water kettle. Well this looked like it would serve its purpose but it’s extremely flawed. The lid is terrible and doesn’t make sense. Too many parts and it makes it hard to clean. Also the plastic does cheapen this. It also doesn’t screw in as a lid you just pull it off. I don’t get the little plastic vent in the middle. The filter is nice quality and I’m not gonna lie I love the orange makes it easy to find. I will stick with my coffee press. I would return this but I don’t know if it’s worth the headache.

Had to come back and add 2 stars. Although I still stand behind my review I am impressed that the customer service is so good. I received an email from the owner offering to refund me. I turned down the offer for the refund since I do still use it but I have to say I wish more companies cared to that level to stand behind their product and make a happy customer.
