  The first time I noticed a neck fan in person was at a restaurant when the waitress was wearing one and I questioned her as to what it was. She put it around my neck and I was sold!! I did research the reviews and ordered one immediately. Very, very pleased with this product. I am VERY hot-natured and really suffer in the heat. I use it on the stationary bike at the gym, in my car when it has been sitting in the heat before the A/C totally kicks in and outside grilling. The noise does not bother me in the least and it fits my neck perfectly. Even though (using it outside during the southern summers) the air is not cold; it is still movement of air that greatly helps! Also, the battery charge really lasts a long time. I am never without this fan and so thankful I found it.
