I own my computer company so I have bought hundreds of the Samsung hard drives. I had one go bad (rare) but trying to find the Samsung website to have the warranty taken care of is very difficult. Finally I was able to contact someone at Samsung give me a link for warranty. They want a lot of information and photos and forms to fill in. After I did all of that, I received the following response: "Due to technical difficulties, your form did not populate. Please resend your form in a notepad or word document. Thank you." Then since I did not respond quick enough I received this: "As it has been over 24 hours without a response, we are going to mark this email ticket as closed for now."

Our warranty process is detailed below: 1. Once you contact and inform us that you need to process an RMA, we will email you an RMA form. - This form will ask for your contact info, reason for repair, and a copy/photo of your receipt/bill of sale (if possible). - Please email us back the completed form and proof of purchase. 2. Once we receive your completed RMA form, we will email you your RMA Ticket Number. - If you are within the U.S., you will also be emailed a UPS label to send us your SSD for assessment. 3. You should receive your repaired or replacement drive within 5-7 business days from the date you shipped us back your original drive.
