I own my computer company so I have bought hundreds of the Samsung hard drives. I had one go bad (rare) but trying to find the Samsung website to have the warranty taken care of is very difficult. Finally I was able to contact someone at Samsung give me a link for warranty. They want a lot of information and photos and forms to fill in. After I did all of that, I received the following response: "Due to technical difficulties, your form did not populate. Please resend your form in a notepad or word document.
Thank you." Then since I did not respond quick enough I received this: "As it has been over 24 hours without a response, we are going to mark this email ticket as closed for now."
