You know that vacation photo of you at the pool? Board shorts looking a little snug. Got you thinking about all those tasty microbrews and fourth meals. That's what lead me to The 4-Hour Body.
Great read and reference. I checked it out from the library 3 times before finally just buying it, and I've used it hundreds of times as a reference. It helped me drop 20 lbs of fat, cut my workouts from 6+ hours a week ("doing" P90X) to about 2 hours a week (that's with a 1 hour yoga session) with better results, and helped me run a marathon with just 11 weeks of prep!! Most importantly, it jump started my understanding of how to better take care of myself. Thanks Tim! |
