This is a good introduction to some ideas that would work for many on how to be happier. The author is reliant on his own experience which he generously shares having overcome a life-threatening cancer. He's insightful enough to recognize that luck plays a part but offers the things that can create happiness in one's life which takes quite a bit more than just luck. I liked this book just for the little stories he used to illustrate the various points. Although this book wasn't a 'game-changer' for me, it's a pleasant read and offers solid tips.
