Great support from the company. I've had the speakers for over 5 years, using them only with my iPod. I just contacted the company by email because the sound began cutting in and out. Within 24 hours, I received a detailed response with a troubleshooting guide, which enabled me to resolve the problem. The company also offered to repair or replace the speakers if necessary for $80. I would pay postage to send the speakers to them, and they would pay the return postage. Although I do not need to take them up on this option, I believe that this is excellent support for a product long past its warranty period.

As for the sound quality - I'm not an audiophile, but I'm very pleased.
