In the past, I’ve been very satisfied with Amazon’s 3D printer filament (see, e.g.,
AmazonBasics PLA 3D Printer Filament
). I’m not sure what the difference is between that filament and this AMAZONBASICS PREMIUM PLA 3D PRINTER FILAMENT (1.75mm, Blue, 1 kg Spool), but the “Premium” filament does seem to flow absolutely smoothly, and to create a flawless model that requires no cleanup.
Both versions of the AmazonBasics 1.75mm filament work in my Dremel 3D40 Digilab printer. The spools are standard-sized filament spools, so they don't fit on the printer’s interior spool holder. However, the AmazonBasics spools feel flawlessly from a 3D-printed spool holder placed near the printer, when filament is threaded through the side door, and then through the guide tube in the usual fashion.
