I am very prone to very large blisters on the balls of my feet when running. For my longer runs (anything over about about 5K) I only wear these socks and use RunGoo Blister Prevention Cream Specifically Formulated for Feet (3 oz), which I highly recommend. The combination has been really effective for me and I've been able to increase my mileage without large, painful blisters that never seemed to fully heal. I'm now training for a couple of longer races, including a half marathon, and these socks have made a real difference. I had tried everything else imaginable with little success. I never write Amazon reviews, but I did for both of these products because using them has been a game changer for me.
