I read the instructions, watched the video twice, and failed in my efforts. The problem, the stopper kept coming out even with the airlock in. I fought with it for about 20 minutes until breaking the cheap plastic airlock, so I got to "enjoy" the experience of pouring out $65 dollars worth of Chardonnay grape juice. Apparently, I should have dried the stopper and the neck of the fermenting bottle prior to attempting to insert the stopper. A very disappointing experience.
