The arch/heel support is not existent. Actually they have a bugle of foam in the front so they make you walk like a duck... can’t explain but if you are one like me that needs some support on the back DONT BUY them. Or buy a larger version and put some dr scholl. But no do not buy them. Total design flaw. Incredible. They need also a better longer tongue to pull it’s otherwise impossible to wear them without a tool
