The best mouse I have ever owned, without a doubt. I've never owned a Zowie product prior to this mouse, but Zowie definitely knows what they're doing. This mouse is ambidextrous, and very easy to grip. I personally use the 'claw' style of grip, so I was worried that the mouse would feel odd in my hands, but no disappointment there. I spent a week or so looking up information on mice, from DPI to sensors and whatnot, and I stumbled upon a lot of recommendations for this mouse. Everyone who was recommending this mouse said that Zowie was the real deal, and Steelseries/Razer products are only popular from advertising and sponsors-- Well, I DID own a Steelseries mouse prior to this (specifically the Kana) and the problem I faced was an odd grip for the claw, and the clicker went bad within only 3 months. Upon getting this mouse, I could tell that the click of the mouse felt much more sturdy, and that the mouse in general is of much higher build quality.
I'm not into giving products infinite praise after a first time purchase, but I can clearly tell that this is the best mouse I have ever owned. In regards to the features-- Zowie went so far as to make it so you can change your USB polling rate without drivers (this mouse is driverless!) simply by holding one of the mouse buttons before plugging it in. The choices are either 125 Hz, 500 Hz, or 1000 Hz. In addtion, which most already know, this mouse comes with a DPI adjustment button, placed under the mouse, which is very convenient in case of accidentally pushing the button (I ran into this problem with the Steelseries Kana). The DPI choices are 450, 1150, and 2300. The only bad review I have ever seen for this mouse, is that the DPI steps are a bit out of the normal for most mice. I don't see this as a problem, and it hasn't affected my liking of the mouse whatsoever. All in all, I would say this this mouse is perfect for me. If I ever need another mouse, I will look back to Zowie, not any other brand.
