Exactly five months after buying this tv, it would no longer provide a picture. The screen went blue and "no signal" sign appeared. The menu options did not lead me nor did the technical support team which told me via email ( I could never get anyone on the phone) to do exactly what I had already tried. I was told to fill out a form thru their website where I would have to return the tv in it's original packaging to their facility and be responsible for all costs of the return. Unfortunately, it did not keep the box, having never had to return a tv before (especially after only 5 months!) and the shipping fees for a 40inch tv would cost more than the set did in the first place. It is cheap for a reason. I would rather trash it to the curb and invest in quality.
