The best part of this day pack is it's "pack-ability". It folds into a very small space when packing for a trip like we took to Europe last fall where space in our suitcases was at a premium. We wanted a small pack for day trips in Budapest, Germany and Italy and it filled the need. While very light weight, it held up well to all-day hikes and trips. I really liked the security tabs that secured the zippers against someone trying to get into it easily when riding public transportation or in crowded areas. This is a pretty small pack, but had enough room for some food/snacks, water bottles and other necessities. However, it's not big enough to stuff more than one jacket or sweater. Overall, I'm happy with how it performed on our trip and will find other uses for it in the future.
