I got this kit to start winemaking as a hobby. Do yourself a favor and grab this one vs. mid-tier one. The degassing tool, the ferrari autosiphon and other minor pieces are things you would buy anyway.
I just started a batch of kit Pinot Noir last weekend and it's bubbling away.
Tip: buy some Star-san to use in sanitizing all of this equipment. It's way easier to use and doesn't require rinsing.
