The one thing about this I don’t like is that you can’t use it to make yeasted breads and the other GF options they have actually contain wheat? This particular bag is great for anything else not yeasted! It’s fresh, it smells good, the consistency is smooth not too grainy, it tastes wonderful and has a great mouthfeel after baked. And for the price I’m very impressed!!!
