  The reviews are all true! I used to be in tears with how bad my ears would hurt on the plane. I went so far as getting my enlarged tonsils removed and sinus surgery to help lessen the pain, but it didn't help much. These ear plugs are a MIRACLE!! Pop them in 1 hour before landing and your pain will be minimal. Am I still uncomfortable? YES. Am I in pain? A LITTLE! But I'm not in tears and the discomfort/pain subsides upon landing.
  
  I bought the adult size for my husband and kid size for myself since my ear holes are smaller. How do you know if you're a kid size? If your ear hurts from wearing ipod ear buds then you have small ear holes. Do yourself a favor and get these.
