I would have given this 4 stars - it was fine for what we wanted, though the rate of filtration seemed to slow dramatically just a few days after installing a new filter. Perhaps that was due to some user error? My partner didn't have the patience for it anymore, but I still did. However, one day the bottom of the pitcher just cracked. I picked it up off the counter to put it in the fridge and all of a sudden water was leaking everywhere. Disappointing!
