I have been using this pot for quite a long time now. I cook three meals a day seven days a week and this is my go-to pot. I use it all the time because it is so easy to cook on and clean up after. It also goes with my green kitchen and sits on a shelf and just looks great. I did buy a silcone spatula and use that with it so it doesn't scratch the surface. The spatula goes in the dishwasher but there is no need to put the pot in because nothing sticks to it. I should have bought this years ago. I cook primarily for two and this is the perfect size for me.
