In this amazing book, Dr. Stagg has successfully connected the dots that so many of us spend countless hours and dollars, trying to figure out. She operates at the crossroads of science, mindfulness, health and wellbeing. Dr. Stagg teaches us that by understanding our unique genetic code, we focus our effort, time, and money in the right place to make the most significant life long change. She reminds us that our unique genetic code can be a wealth of information in our quest for finding the best way of eating, moving our bodies, and managing our health. I hope anyone that has worked hard to make changes and not seen or felt the results they wanted, will pick up this book!
