This product did not ferment. I tried adding yeast, yeast energizer, yeast nutrient and so on over time. All to no avail. I tried to contact the manufacturer, but their site wont 'send' my email. Utterly frustrating experience, mostly because they cannot be contacted. I really just wanted to ask if my problem was isolated, or if there was an issue with the product. Not having ANY customer service is a very bad indicator, in my mind. Here is the email I tried to send via their 'contact' info......

I bought a premium Cab Sav wine kit for my adult daughter, and am most disappointed that it did not fermment correctly. (Meaning...at all) She said she meticulously followed the instructions, and we went over each step carefully. Ive made a bit myself, so have an undrstanding of the process, and required sanitation and attention to detail.

We tried adding yeast nutrient, yeast, and yeast energizer after realizing it wasnt happening, , all to no avail. Im writing in hopes that we were not alone, and there was an issue with a batch of grapes, or batch of product.

I hit the SUBMIT icon many many times, to no avail. I tried opening up another page and redoing it....still no result.

It really torques me that I cannot find any way to contact them. I would like to be fair to their product, but have no idea where to go from here.
