We purchased the 6in queen version, followed all of the instructions, and after 3 days of waiting for the mattress to properly expand have requested a refund. This thing is an absolute piece of garbage, which is exactly where it's going. Hasn't expanded any more than when it was first taken out of the box and all wrapping removed, and filled the entire room (we have a master bedroom suite, so it's no small area) with a strong, nasty, rubbery smell. See pics., and don't waste your money.
We apologize for the experience you had. While our mattresses typically take 48 to 72 hours to decompress, they may take longer in some cases. Further, the odor, while unpleasant to some, is completely harmless and dissipates over time. We're glad you received a refund for your mattress, but we understand how frustrating it must've been to experience issues with decompression and odor with your purchase.
