Just like others have said, if you phone isn’t on the exact right spot it won’t charge. It may say it’s charging when you go to sleep and then you wake up with significantly less battery and a hot phone. Bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift this year, (2021) and she’s totally frustrated. Can’t send it back because we don’t have the box and Native Union customer service sucks. Waste of money.
