Two of the flutes were broken on arrival; when I contacted Amazon, they pointed me to a Lenox Product Support site. After spending a good deal of time navigating that site to leave a question about how to get a replacement, they sent me back a message that I was not eligible for a replacement because I didn't buy directly from them. Then they offered to sell me replacements. The 4 flutes that survived shipment are ok, pretty, nice sized.
