The quality and durability seem good, but I didn't realize that there's no outside pocket at all, not even a little one to stick my keys in, or just toss something in quick without having to unclip or unvelcro the big flap. Most women's work clothes don't have pockets, so when I'm walking to my car I have to take it off and flip the whole thing open to get to my keys. I got my mail and wanted to stick in it the bag quick, but I was holding something in my other hand and couldn't flip the whole thing open to stick it in, so I just had to carry it until I got somewhere I could put something down and open the bag. Every other commuting bag I've had has had something I could just stick an envelope in quickly. Why would a bag so expensive not have that? I looked at the picture before I ordered it, but because it's black you can't really make out that there are no pockets, and I just assumed it would have at least one, because they all do.
I would have returned it, but of course I spilled something in it and now I can't. So I'm using it and it annoys me pretty much every day.
One plus tho, along with the quality of the construction, is how big it is. I wanted something I could stick my purse in, as well as my lunch, which is sometimes a big salad, and sometimes my shoes if I have to do a lot of walking. It has room for all of that.
