I use a burr-grinder and pour-over method for my coffee, and San Francisco Bay Fog Chaser is, in my opinion, the best out of all the different coffees I have used over the years. It is roasted to that perfect point where the richness of the coffee can be extracted without the bitterness and over-acidity of under-or-over-roasted beans. The beans I receive are always fresh and rich in oils with a full enticing aroma. This coffee creates a lovely, smooth cup which is drinkable to the last sip even as it cools. The only problem (if you call it a problem) I have with Fog Chaser is that I have gone from one cup in the morning to 2 and sometimes 3, with an additional afternoon coffee break - it is that good.
