This book is truly amazing!! Easy to read, captivating, honest, and full of pictures which don't lie. Dr. Price was ahead of his time and had an open mind to try and find the true causes of why we are so unhealthy compared to our ancestors. EVERYONE can benefit by reading this book! I highly recommend it.
