I ordered the Birthday Cupcake Tin. It got lost in delivery. So, i ordered a replacement. It arrived eventually but showed a $0 value on my account for the new card (with a new number) but with $25 value on my original order (with an old number). I contacted Amazon. They assured me that the $25 value was on my new card but when I tried to confirm it was not accepted. Reluctant to give a gift card that might have $0 value to the recipient, I asked for the supervisor. After assuring me that there was $25 in my account, I reiterated that my intent was to give the gift card to someone who would expect that they would have $25 value. The supervisor appeared to understand and assured me that the value was now on the card. WE WILL SEE WHEN THE RECIPIENT USES THE CARD!!
