I purchased these $$$ pans because I like companies who promote products that are healthier for humans. I can purchase cheaper products but spent extra for that reason alone. However, for the price of the pots it pissed me of that I burned my hand lifting the lid of the pan while cooking on stove top multiple times. You might expect that from oven use. WTF, it should come with a warning - use rag to lift lid because it gets very, very, very hot and you will burn your hand. I will not buy this product again for that reason alone. For the price of the pans, you can do better with the lid. Lids are used during cooking process and should not burn your hands.
