Reading this book gives a good feeling, as it provides clear insights about possible ways to increase one's happiness, through a series of personal and meaningful observations and experiences of the author, as well as views by known philosophers, and spiced with fun-to-read tales, proverbs and lovely animation. The author analyzes the concept of happiness from several paradigms in Western and East-Asian cultures and interestingly came up with a novel scale that measures one’s potential for feeling happy, The Happiness Quotient (HQ, similarly to the IQ and EQ scales), including various parameters influencing our potential for feeling happiness. All in all, very fun, clear and recommended to read.
