- Reviewed in the United States on October 2, 2017I have been using this sunscreen for four years and it has been pretty much a no-brainer. I put it on 15-20 minutes before heading out and never even bothered to re-apply after up to 6 hours in the sun. Not once in four years did I get burned or even get a little tender on the face. No breakouts or allergic reactions either, although this is a very individual thing.
It is a cocktail of 5 different chemical sunscreens so if any of these chemical sunscreens are ultimately discovered to give you cancer, higher estrogen levels, or whatever then this is one product that will probably do it. Unfortunately, I have tried four or five different zinc oxide sunscreens and none of them work as well (pasty white, gets on clothes, still get burned). I took for granted how reliable this product was, and will probably continue using it by alternating chemical and zinc-based sunscreens (as much as I can without getting burned). I did drop a star because it stings my eyes when I am really sweating a lot, but overall it is very effective for me.3 people found this helpfulReport PermalinkHelpful
