Its hard to get the exact shape you want to get in the bazooka with the rice, and when it came out it didnt come out like the sushi roll that was pictured.
Also in the instructions it tells you to put it at a 45 degree angle but that is hard when you have both sides filled and when the clips kept falling off every time you closed it.
The first time I did it everything fell out so I just packed everything on one side. That was much easier but it still really didnt come out the way I wanted it to.
I just smooshed it into the mat and made the roll myself. That was much easier.
This product is awesome. It is a bit hard to use the first time around and especially when I'm using quinoa but my first time around with the mat I think I did a good job.
