The silicone mats are wonderful. Saves on cleaning and scrubbing a pan, no need for foil or parchment paper, for my needs at least. Washes easily. Some friends had warned me that the don't handle high heat well even though they are rated to 480. I have cooked multiple times at 450 and many times at 425, with no issues.
