I love this stuff!
If you're on the Keto diet, this is an essential item for your pantry.
It is super fine, the closest to wheat flour as I've been able to find and has an excellent taste.
So far I've used it for baking cookies and frying.
When using it for baking make sure you use a recipe designed for almond flour as it won't work exactly the same as wheat flour.
As for frying... Wow! It makes some awesome fried chicken! Even off Keto, I now use this almond flour for my breading. Chicken parm is my families favorite. I use 1 1/2 cups almond flour to 1/2 cup grated parm cheese and seasoning to bread chicken breast, it fries up crisp and golden brown.
I served this to dinner guests and no one could believe it was made with almond flour.
It's expensive, but you really get a high quality product. Worth every penny!
