This pot was on my bucket list and I finally bought one. It's beautiful. Made pot roast in it and meat browned beautifully and the juice that was on the sides of the pot came off with a little detergent and a sponge.
Pot is heavy so be aware. It's cast iron with an enamel coating. It's so nice that my daughter wants me to leave it to her in my will. (Family joke) No disappointments here.
