Although i had to use a considerable amount of pressure, this heat press worked like a charm. I have made many beautiful things with it. After 2 months of use, it gave me an E3 error code, and would shut off. Meaning, it wouldn't heat up. Faulty equipment happens, and as long as Cricut was willing to replace, it was just an inconvenience. Circuit did agree to replace it, after waiting on hold for 40 minutes, and then exchanging emails to provide them with several pieces of info, including a video. Annoying, (especially the 40 minute hold time) but forgiveable.
What I have the biggest problem with is that it is taking 2-3 weeks to get my replacement, and it is holding me up from completing projects. Now I am using a hand iron, and wishing Cricut would improve their response to customers when their products fail.
