If you have kids, just get it and keep in garage.
1 kit patched 6 holes in about 25 minutes
This beats:
1. find the same vinyl fence manufacturer slats
2. take apart fence
3. replace one slat
4. put fence back together
5. rinse - repeat many times per hole
