I’ve enjoyed reading these short stories. Some of them held a certain depth of creepiness and others held a different type of horror. All of them were well written, and stand alone. One of them was split into three different parts and I found was unique and NOT confusing as some might feel.
One thing that stands out is that Thorne can write, and write very well.
This isn’t going to be too much of a spoiler but I feel it necessary to mention how much I loved the term/word used in Hoppers “Fart Muffins” I couldn’t stop laughing. Horror and humor go so very well together and Thorne nails that.
I absolutely loved how Thorne added in an about page of each of the stories within this book. I found that very unique and rather interesting.
